The Judiciary Hub now features the latest recommendations from our colleagues at Liberties.

In its sixth annual report on the state of the rule of law, democracy, and fundamental rights across the EU, Liberties covers 21 EU countries and provides in-depth analysis. The report was prepared together with 43 organisations from around Europe.

As in previous years, the publication serves two purposes: a source of information to the European Commission for its annual audit on the rule of law in the EU and a source of independent analysis for journalists, researchers and others interested in the state of democracy in the EU.

The Judiciary Hub gathers all relevant expert recommendations regarding the state of the judiciary in a country on an ongoing basis to showcase the trajectory, different countries take regarding rule of law compliance.
